I made some spring salad with broccoli and new potatoes.

Season with tuna, dash of salt, mayo, and curry powder. Also great with fruits or nuts. This time I added raisins and sesame seeds.

This time as well, I used a santoku knife to cut the vegetables.
The santoku knife, which is popular in Japan, is a versatile kitchen knife named for the fact that it can be used for three (san) purposes (toku).

We have some good Japanese knives and you can put some original logos on these knives.
