Japanese curry udon noodles

Today we will be introducing a modification of curry: curry udon.

Popular in many countries, curry is also made frequently in Japanese households.
Various types of roux and spices are sold in supermarkets.

As with curry udon, there are many dishes that feature leftover curry used in other recipes.
In the leftover curry, add water and broth. Include green onions, mushrooms, and fried tofu to your liking, and let it stew.
If you have potato starch, thicken the soup, and once poured over the noodles, it is complete.

For smaller jobs like herbs, petty knife is indispensable.

You can attach an original logo to our knives. Some of our customers attach Kanji character logos as well. We can suggest kanji character logo designs, so if you’re interested, by all means please let us know.
