I made a Japanese lunch plate.

For Japanese breakfast and lunch box lunch, rolled omelette is popular.
Japanese rolled omelette is seasoned with sugar or mirin and soy sauce.

If you want to make it colorful, it’s good to add some vegetable or seaweed and so on.
Today I added some spinach and seasoned with Konbu stoc.
It gives some green color in the yellow omelette and makes your lunch plate cuter.
