Popular ingredient used in Asian cuisin, Renkon, lotus root

I made Renkon and beans curry.

Renkon is the stem of the lotus plant and it’s edible and used in Japanese food and Asian cuisines.

Even after cooking, it has crunchy yet and you can enjoy the texture.
I like to cut them a little bit larger.

I put some Renkon chips on my plate. To be honest, I almost blacked them but they still tasted good and I enjoyed them.
