I made some pork stuffed bell peppers for dinner.
Sprinkle some flour on the inside of the green pepper, so that the meat stuffing stays inside even after baking.
The meat stuffing will shrink while cooking, so stuff a generous heaping amount.
Bake until browned with the meat side down, adding sake, soy sauce and braise.
You don't need to flip them so the green color of the peppers will stay nice and bright.
