Order and Payment

How can I order and make a payment?

Go to the product page and click “ADD TO CART” button.
Click “Buy with Google pay” or “Proceed to checkout” button.

Complete the payment in the popup window.
Proceed to checkout
Complete the details(name, shipping address) and choose the payment method(credit card or PayPal).

What payment method do you accept?

Google Pay, PayPal, Credit Card (MasterCard, VISA, American Express, Diners Club International, Discover, and JCB), Apple Pay

Why was my credit card denied?

We understand this can happen.
Your payment can be declined for a number of generic reasons:
・Payment method has insufficient funds
・The card has been reported as lost or stolen by the cardholder, and so on.

First, double check all of the information you entered is correct.
Second, please ensure that you’re not using a proxy or VPN that may change the reported location of your connection and that your billing address matches your card’s country of issue.
Third, adblockers and browser privacy tools (Ghostery, Privacy Badger) have caused problems in the past and needed to be disabled.

If all else fails, please use PayPal if you’re unable to verify your credit card. The verification system with PayPal has a much lower rate of failure.

Shipping

How much is shipping?

Just 29 USD for all items. It’s a flat late.
No matter how many items you buy or where you want to ship the parcel, the shipping fee is the same.

Can you ship items to my country?

Yes, most of countries in the world is likely to be available for our shipment.
We have a lot of delivery experience to all over the world.
We have over 7 years experience of oversea sales and our Alibaba shop is certified Gold Supplier, which a title of trustable supplier.

How long is the delivery time? 

The expected delivery time for the different areas are listed below.

Asia: 2-4 days
US, Oceania: 2-6 days
EU: 2-6 dyas

Arrival may be delayed in case of the state of affairs in destination country, processing speeds at the customs, or political reasons.

What shipping company you are planning to use?

Most of small parcels are shipped by FedEx.
Shipping company and method will be chosen based upon the location of destination country and the package size. Please be assured that the amount you pay will not depend on the shipping method.

How can I track my parcel?

Do you have delivery insurance?

Yes. Insurance fee and Fuel surcharge are included in the shipping fee in advance.
If you receive damaged product, contact us and we can help with the issue.
Damage caused by Transit (other than damage by Customs check) can be covered within the range of the insurance.

How can I return a product?

We don’t accept returns on products unless products arrive damaged. If you receive damaged product, contact us and we can help with the issue.

Other questions

Do you offer any discounts on bulk purchases?

We offer discount on orders of 〇〇USD and over.
Anyway, the shipping fee is the same even if you purchase a lot, so it is advantageous for all customers to purchase in bulk.

Can I order products not listed on the website?

We will give it our best. Feel free to contact us and ask any questions.
We also have knives that are not on this site, such as low inventory items.
