Santoku

“Santoku knife” is the most common kitchen knife in Japan.

We can cook meat, vegetables, and fish with this knife. Because we can cook almost anything without having to change knives, santoku knife is also called the “all-purpose knife.

Although Santoku knives were born in Japan, they have become popular overseas as well because of their convenience.
